As an experienced mortgage lender with over 20 years of experience, Anne Cato understands that educating clients and keeping them informed throughout the mortgage process relieves stress and makes for a comfortable and confident mortgage experience.
Anne specializes in Conventional, Jumbo, USDA, FHA, VA, Construction to Permanent and Physician Loans. Anne is a native of Pitt County. She graduated from JH Rose High School and then East Carolina University in 1997, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Being local to Pitt County, Anne understands the ins and outs of the local real estate market. She is a member of the Pitt County Board of Realtors, Greenville Chamber of Commerce and Females in Action (FiA), a community of women whose mission is to make each other stronger in all areas of their lives while serving the community.
