Carson Williams serves as Producing Sales Manager for TowneBank Mortgage, leading growth initiatives in the Charleston, South Carolina market. A veteran of the mortgage industry with over two decades of local experience, Carson has dedicated his career to guiding individuals and families through the home buying process. He is especially passionate about helping clients reach homeownership, including those who thought it might be out of reach.
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Carson served in the United States Coast Guard before transitioning into mortgage banking. His career includes senior leadership positions at ServisFirst Bank, First Reliance Bank, and The Bank of South Carolina. Deeply invested in the local industry, Carson has served as President and board member of the Mortgage Lenders Association of the Greater Charleston Area.
Carson is known for his thorough communication, attention to detail, and client-centered approach. Drawn to TowneBank Mortgage for its supportive culture and strong family atmosphere, he aligns his work with the bank's mission to serve with integrity and care.
