Colby Raymond has been in the mortgage business for over 10 years. As an experienced lender, Colby has extensive knowledge working with New Construction and VA Home Loans, as well as first-time home buyers. Colby has received numerous honors for her high production volume and exceptional service, including 2021 Scotmans Guide Top Originator, 2022 Inside Business Top 40 under 40, 2022 Home Builders Association of Virginia Mortgage Professional of the Year, and the 2022 Coastal Virginia Biz Magazine Next Gen Award.

Colby is very active in her community, where she continues to be passionate about the mortgage and real estate industries by serving on the boards of the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Association and the Coastal Virginia Building Industries Association (CVBIA). Colby also serves as the President of the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art GenMOCA, a member of the Central Business District Association and CBDX and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. She currently resides with her dog Lexi in a family home that she remodeled herself.
