Born and raised in Louisiana, Jessica attended Edward Douglas White High School, Louisiana State University and Nicholes State University where she received her master's degree in Business Administration. Jessica has been married for over 30 years to a contractor/developer from Covington, LA. Their daughter, who recently got married, is pursuing a master's degree in diabetic certification - an area that she is passionate about. When the work is complete, Jessica loves spending time outdoors and enjoys hunting, boating, and fishing on the Gulf Coast with her husband.
