Chace Cooper brings a wealth of knowledge and local expertise to TowneBank Mortgage. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Chace understands the unique needs of Hampton Roads families. While attending ODU for Engineering (later switching to Finance), he worked as an electrician to help pay for school. After starting his career in construction, Chace transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2011, finding his passion in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Since joining TowneBank Mortgage in 2016, Chace has excelled in guiding clients through the financing process for a variety of loan products, including VA loans, FHA loans, conventional mortgages, and construction loans. His dedication to his clients has been recognized multiple times, earning him a spot in the Chairman's Club from 2018-2022.
When he's not helping clients, Chace enjoys spending time with his wife, who teaches for Virginia Beach Public Schools, their daughter and son, and their dog, Reef. You might find them cheering on their kids at games, attending live music, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
